Cumhur KILINÇER is Professor of Neurosurgery at the Trakya University School of Medicine, Edirne, Turkey. His primary interest is spine surgery. He has European and Turkish Board Certificate of Neurosurgery.
His areas of expertise include: Research (Fellowship-trained in AOCID, Dubendorf-Swiss), Anatomy (PhD Degree), Cadaver Course Instructor (Cleveland Clinic), Cervical and Lumbar Deformity Surgery (Fellowship-trained at the Sint Maartenskliniek in Nijmegen-Nederlands), Degenerative Spinal Disorders (Fellowship-trained), and Spinal Injections (Fellowship-trained).

Dr. Cumhur KILINÇER has 14 national and international awards and several award-winning patented designs on the area of spine surgery. He serves as the section Editor of the Balkan Medical Journal since 2012.
